Complete renovation of the building envelope at Ste-Gertrude School for the Centre de services scolaire Harricana, including window replacement, a new roof, and Dizal aluminum-slat exterior cladding, for a contract value of $2.28M, in Sainte-Gertrude-Manneville.

The renovation of Sainte-Gertrude School illustrates Hardy Construction's ability to deliver complex institutional projects in an active school environment while minimizing the impact on occupants.

Appointed by the Centre de services scolaire Harricana, the company managed the complete replacement of the aluminum windows, the reroofing with a modified-bitumen membrane, and the full renewal of the exterior envelope using Dizal architectural aluminum panels and slats.

Hardy Construction coordinated all trades, including masonry, carpentry, thermal insulation, and waterproofing, under the supervision of MLS architectes and engineer Alexandre Mercier, of Énergam.
