The new complex on Larivière Avenue in Rouyn-Noranda, built for Les Pétroles Alcasyna, brings together—under a unified architectural design—an A&W drive-thru restaurant, a Petro-Canada convenience store, and a car wash housed in a separate building, for a total area of 615.6 m².
Hardy Construction provided full-scale site management from June 2020 to March 2021, mobilizing up to twenty workers to deliver this turnkey, multi-service project. The building envelope combines composite metal cladding, extruded aluminum, and a glass curtain wall, demonstrating the company’s ability to execute multi-building commercial projects in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
