Complete refurbishment of the building envelope at Natagan High School in Barraute: replacement of the brick cladding with an aluminum panel finish and renewal of the windows, across more than 8,100 m² of institutional building.

Entrusted to Hardy Construction by the Centre de services scolaire Harricana, the building-envelope refurbishment of Natagan High School transformed both the appearance and the performance of this institutional building in Barraute.

The work involved replacing the exterior brick cladding with a contemporary-finish aluminum panel system, renewing the windows, and rebuilding certain sections of concrete sidewalk.

Carried out from April to December 2022, the contract was completed to 60% by Hardy's own crews, on a building of more than 8,100 m², showcasing the company's expertise in envelope refurbishment and in the sustainable improvement of the school building portfolio.
