The new Machines Roger International building in Val-d’Or brings together a large industrial garage, a warehouse, and administrative spaces under one roof, covering an area of more than 26,000 sq. ft. Hardy Construction managed the entire project, from excavation to handover, coordinating the steel structure, building envelope, mechanical systems, electrical work, and fire protection.
The company directly carried out the foundation work, framing, roofing, and interior finishes, while managing the budget, schedule, and material logistics on a job site that combined industrial requirements with institutional quality standards.
