The 25-duplex project in Chisasibi addresses a pressing need for social housing within the Cree Nation of Chisasibi, an Eeyou community undergoing rapid development on the east coast of James Bay.

Awarded to Eenou Eeyou Construction Inc. on a turnkey basis for a value of $31.6M, the contract entrusts Hardy Construction with the full delivery of the residential units, from foundation to handover.

This project builds on a trusted relationship established with the Cree Nation of Chisasibi and demonstrates Hardy Construction's ability to deliver large-scale housing programs in remote northern settings.
