The new BMR Bergeron et Filles store in Amos, built for Gestion immobilière Hardy using the design-build model, combines a sales area, a warehouse, a garden center, and administrative offices across two floors, for a total area of nearly 1,755 m². Hardy Construction managed the entire construction project from February through the summer of 2021, mobilizing up to twenty workers to complete this regional retail store. The building envelope combines architectural concrete, aluminum panels, and a curtain wall, while a drive-thru service dedicated to contractors sets this project apart in the commercial landscape of Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
