New construction of a wood-framed gas station for the Anicinabe community of Lac-Simon, built at the intersection of Route 117 and Cicip Boulevard, with significant involvement from the local Anicinabe workforce.

Built for the Wabak Pimadizi Economic Development Corporation, this new gas station serves as a catalyst for development for the Anicinabe community of Lac-Simon, located along Route 117.
Hardy handled the entire construction of the approximately 200 m² wood-frame building, from site preparation through to completion: excavation, granular foundations, slabs, water and sewer connections, curbs, and paving.
The project stood out for its high proportion of Anicinabe workers, promoting local employment and the transfer of skills within the community.
