Complete renovation of the parking lot at Le Delta High School in Matagami, in Northern Quebec: reconstruction of the roadway, curbs, sidewalks, and drainage for the James Bay School Board, covering an asphalted area of nearly 3,000 m².

As part of a public contract for the James Bay School Board, Hardy Construction carried out a complete renovation of the parking lot at Le Delta High School in Matagami, in the heart of Northern Quebec. The work included removing the existing asphalt, demolishing concrete curbs and traffic islands, rebuilding the granular base and pavement structure, paving, and installing new curbs, sidewalks, and accessible entryways for people with reduced mobility.
The company also handled grading, drainage, road marking, and turfing of the surfaces, completing a compliant and safe project in collaboration with the engineering firm SNC-Lavalin.
