The new Petro-Canada gas station in Amos, built for Les Pétroles Alcasyna, includes a convenience store, a car wash, and a warehouse covering approximately 495 m², located in the heart of Hardy Construction’s Amos regional office. The project, executed under a design-build contract, involved the company demolishing the existing slab before erecting the new building between January and the summer of 2020.
Hardy Construction handled all aspects of the project management—including planning, subcontractor coordination, budget control, and schedule management—delivering a retail facility that combines a national brand image with the rigorous construction standards specific to the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.
