A 990 m² expansion of the Pétronor depot in Amos, including a new warehouse, transshipment area, and two-story administrative offices—all completed while keeping the site’s operations running throughout the construction.

The expansion of the Pétronor oil depot in Amos adds a new warehouse, a transshipment area, and a two-story administrative office section to the existing building, for a total area of 990 m² on pile foundations. The challenge of the project was to complete all work without ever interrupting site operations, which had to remain fully functional.
Hardy Construction provided comprehensive site management from August 2020 to January 2021, deploying up to fifteen workers in close coordination with the operations staff. This project demonstrates the company’s ability to work on active industrial facilities in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
