The new Brandt sales and service center, formerly Nortrax, stands out as a major commercial facility along Route 117 in Val-d’Or, in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. With a total area of over 21,500 square feet spread across two floors and a mezzanine, the building houses a showroom, administrative offices, a training room, a heavy-duty mechanical shop equipped with a two-metric-ton overhead crane, and a large parts warehouse. Hardy Construction carried out the entire project, from excavation through to completion, coordinating the steel structure, glass curtain walls, metal siding, and exterior masonry, as part of the dealership’s rebranding effort.
