As a result of a housing shortage in Val-d'Or, Hardy Construction won the public tender for three buildings with 18 social housing units each, for a total of 54 units located at two separate sites in Val-d'Or.

The buildings will offer different housing dimensions, i.e. 3 1⁄2 and 4 1⁄2, as well as spaces for specialized workers. These accommodations will be provided to individuals or families with low income or special needs.

All buildings will be accredited with AccèsLogis, Novoclimat and Novoclimat 2.0 programs. Completion is scheduled for May 2019
