Eenou Eeyou Construction is handling the full execution of the work, from site mobilization to handover, while managing the logistical constraints specific to remote regions: supply, transportation, and workforce accommodation.

The project stands out for its strong integration of Cree and Indigenous labour: local employment, priority subcontracting, and on-site training, illustrating a partnership model rooted in the community and in the development of northern skills.
